Delivery & Installation

We offer a professional Hot Tub delivery and installation service. Delivery and Installation is free within a 50 miles radius of Felixstowe, Suffolk. Additional charges apply for further distances, simply add an item to your basket and input your address to calculate the cost.

We require adequate space (1.2m minimum) along the route from vehicle to hot tub location to manoeuvre the hot tub.

Please check the hot tub product page for power supply requirements (13 amp or 32 amp), the power supply will need to be in place ready for installation.

Crane hire is not included in the delivery and installation cost, if you think you will require a crane or if you have any other questions about delivery or installation please get in touch.

If your chosen Hot Tub is in stock with our suppliers you can expect delivery within 28 days,  we will contact you to confirm a suitable delivery date. If your hot tub is not in stock with our suppliers expected availability is usually 6-8 weeks. If you would like to check stock and expected delivery date before you order please contact us.

Availability and delivery for both in stock and out of stock products could be impacted by popularity and external factors out of our control. We will keep you updated of any delays and we will endeavour to deliver your hot tub as soon as possible.
